  • Group Size Policy: The maximum group size per guide in shared services is 10 to 15 passengers.
  • Holiday Rates & Surcharge: Published rates are not valid on public holidays including Holy Week (Thursday and Friday), Labor Day (May 1), Independence Day (July 28–29), Christmas (December 25), and New Year’s Day (January 1). A 15% surcharge applies on these dates.
  • Hotel Pick-Up Coverage: Pick-up is included from centrally located hotels in Barranco, Miraflores, and San Isidro, depending on the selected tour. For other districts, please inquire about availability and additional costs.
  • Pick-Up Time Confirmation: Pick-up times are referential. The exact time will be confirmed the evening before the tour between 6:00–7:00 PM (or 7:00–8:00 PM on holidays) once logistics and guide assignments are finalized.
  • Tour Duration: Tour duration may vary depending on group size, attraction capacity limits, and Lima traffic conditions.
  • Punctuality Policy: Passengers must wait in the hotel lobby at the confirmed time. A tolerance of 5 minutes applies. After this time, transportation continues as scheduled, and passengers must rejoin the group at their own expense.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee of USD 5 per traveler (or USD 20 maximum) applies.
  • Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to modification due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control, including social or political events.
